Pokémon Go had an action-packed June but promise an even more action-packed July! There are no doubts about this because the Pokémon Go fest will be taking place in July. Here we have for you, the list of all events taking place in the month of July. So bookmark this article trainers!
July 1 – August 1 at 1:00 pm PDT: Research Breakthrough encounters
July will offer Rufflet in Research Breakthrough Encounters. Achieving a Research Breakthrough will also grant you a free remote raid pass. There’s double XP for Research Breakthroughs.
July 1: Bidoof in 5-star raids
Bidoof breakout continues! On the first of July, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm local time, Bidoof will appear in 5-star raids. You may even find a shiny one!
July 1-16 (8:00 pm-10:00 pm local time): Destiny Deoxys
The legendary and mythical Pokémon Deoxys will be coming to 5-star stair raids in its defense form! Pokémon fans will recognize this strong Pokémon from the movie Destiny Deoxys.
July 1-16 (8:00 pm-10:00 pm local time): Mega Houndoom
Mega Houndoom will appear in the mega raids.
July 3 (11:00 am-5:00 pm local time): Community Day Event
Tepig this July’s community day Pokémon.
July 6 (6:00-7:00 pm local time): Pokémon Go Spotlight Hours: Bulbasaur
Bulbasaur will be the spotlight Pokémon and will grant 2x catching XP.
July 6-15 (10:00 am-8:00 pm local time): Pokémon Go’s anniversary celebration
July 11 (6:00 pm-11:59 pm): Pokémon Go Battle Night
Complete 100 battles and win 3x stardust for winning battles!
July 13 (6:00-7:00 pm local time): Spotlight Hours: Charmander
Charmander will be the spotlight Pokémon and will grant 2x candy.
July 16-23 (10:00 am-10:00 am local time): Mewtwo returns
Coinciding with the Pokémon Go Fest, here comes the strongest, the cutest, the legendary- MEWTWO!!! You have to catch this Pokémon. Try your luck and you may just find a shiny Mewtwo!
July 16-23 (10:00 am-10:00 am local time): Mega Gengar
Mega Gengar will appear in the mega raids.
July 17-18: Pokémon Go Fest
Pokémon Go’s biggest event! The five year celebration is happening on these two days. Be sure to tune in for all sorts of rewards and prizes!
July 20 (6:00-7:00 pm local time): Spotlight Hours: Squirtle
Squirtle will be the spotlight Pokémon and will grant 2x transfer candy.
July 23-August 6 (10:00 am-10:00 pm local time): Mega Charizard X
Mega Charizard X will appear in the mega raids.
July 27 (6:00-7:00 pm local time): Spotlight Hours: Natu
Natu will be the spotlight Pokémon and will grant 2x XP for evolving.
