Thrilling, exciting, and quick time decision making as all these are required to play a horror game or an online battle royale, horror brawl is a mix which seems like the best of both worlds, as it only includes a small number of players in a much smaller map and cramps the player altogether making them indefinitely fight each other eventually and somehow there is still more to the game as we are introduced to the “Evil Nun” as well.
And all this happens in 5-15 minutes of each game as each match is short and quick-paced. Above all a really cartoonish and childlike style approach towards a horror game as well
Gameplay:
The gameplay itself is really bizarre as well, as a lot happens on the screen at the same time.
First, we select the character we want to play as and then we just wait until we are selected in a room, as the game is new the speed of matchmaking is fairly the fastest as it wastes absolutely no time, then we are showed off the basics the movement and attack movements feel a bit choppy but with smooth execution. There is no aim assist provided either. keeping all this in mind we also get to transform into the Evil Nun.
The Evil Nun is a form you can take to overpower other players and get an easy win, as we get extreme damage-dealing attacks along with a longer health bar and faster movement but all this for a short period of time.
In the end, we have to escape through a portal to win the game making this game highly fast-paced. The weapon selection isn’t very wide-ranged either, but this is just the early access of the game
Conclusion:
Horror brawl is a funny fast-paced battle royale that introduces a new concept in a childlike manner making it genuinely interesting and fun to play, with a lot of more characters to come and maybe even different maps Horror brawl has amazing potential to itself.
Horror Brawl: Battle Royale is now up for pre-registration on both Google Play and Apple Appstore. The game is expected to release globally on October 8th, 2021.
