Battle for Ascalon is the game surrounding a 3D fantasy world of Ascalon. In this world, you will face fighting from numerous factions and races for survival. This is continuing from the time of the War of Gods. Now, the all-devouring Darkspawn has invaded the land and created destruction and desolation. After this, races of Ascalon now face a common enemy. In this context, what the player will choose between burying the unresolved past and fighting alongside each other is up to the player who plays the role of Lord Commander of one of the factions.
Here your role as a player is to use your wisdom and prowess to establish a strong position in this world. For this, you need to build up your army and defeat the Darkspawn.
Game features of Battle for Ascalon
This game is a real-time combat game where players will get involved in wars of epic proportions across this land with players and NPCs alike. You will have your military prowess which you can utilize through clever tactics and strategies. In this way, you will gain advantages over your opponents and send them running. The game will also offer you the chance to raise your dragon by undergoing the Trial of Shirrlauth, the dragon god, and obtain a dragon egg from her brood. The dragon is your friend on this crucial path and you bind your paths with a Dragon pact.
Besides these, here you will get mainly three factions which are Humans, Elves, and Orcs. You can use the primary races of these three factions those you want to bring harm to your people. Various other races are also there who are dispersed amongst their ranks. The factions are unique in their way. The strong alliance system is the best weapon to defeat the opponents.
