If you are a fan of the Slender Man Games. Then get ready for an exciting announcement! Though it may not be what you think it is.
The hit sequel to the popular 2012 indie title Slender, better known as Slender: The Eight Pages. Slender: The arrival is getting a Mobile Port. Courtesy of development studio Blue Isle. As they announced the matter on YouTube. Blue Isle studios uploaded a 1-minute Official Trailer showcasing the game and stating that Slender: The Arrival is coming soon to iOS and Android on October 13th.
About Slender: The Arrival
Slender: The Arrival is the official video game adaption of Slender Man. Created by Eric “Victor Surge” Knudsen in 2009 in the Something-Awful Internet forum. He made it as an entry for a photoshop contest going on at the time. After that Eric Knudsen collaborated with designer Mark Hadley and Para-Sec productions to create Slender: The Eight Pages. Which was released for PC in 2012. Slender: The Arrival is the follow-up to Slender: The Eight Pages released in 2013. And has since been ported to various platforms including Playstation and Xbox devices, spanning two generations of consoles.
New Features coming to the mobile port
Slender: The Arrival mobile port has been developed by Blue Isle Studios in collaboration with the writers behind the Marble Hornets series. And re-designed it for mobile interfaces.
Slender: The Arrival will be coming with two new levels. Also, integrating additional collectibles into the game’s environments. As well as making various tweaks to the gameplay to make sure it runs smoothly on mobile devices. Other features include:
- Online leaderboards to compete with friends on daily, weekly, and lifetime competition scores
- Integrating mobile achievements
- Adding controller support to mobile
How to Pre-order
If you are a long-time fan of the Slender Man franchise. And you cannot wait to play the game. Then I have some good news for you. The game is already available for pre-order and wishlist on Google Play and the App Store.

The survival horror genre has already been tried many times by others. But Slender Man was the first to pioneer in that genre.
