The makers of 80 days are all back fresh with their latest narrative game, Inkle’s reverse whodunnit, Overboard!– which is now available on Android as well. Overboard! was first brought into public appearance and released on July 02, 2021, and was available on Steam, GOG, Nintendo Switch, and the iOS App Store. However, on 22nd July it was also made available on Google Play and users can get their hands on this narrative mystery game. The game has already garnered acclaim from the players, backed by positive ratings on the App Store.
Overboard! is a murder mystery where you’re the one whodunnit and now you have only 8 hours in your hand to trick all the others and get away with murder while ensuring that some else takes the fall. Brief Overview of the Story:
It’s July 1935, and you’re Veronica Villensey, wife to the wealthy Malcolm Villensey, whose fortune has been wiped out overnight and so you both plan to elope aboard the SS Hook, to start a new life in America. However, Mrs. Villensey has some other plans.
The story starts from here, when Mrs. Villensey pushes her husband off a boat, committing a murder. Now it’s her, who has to play her cards well and get away with murder escaping justice. The time to reach a conclusion is just eight hours and the clock is constantly ticking. Will you be able to commit the full-proof crime, having someone else take the fall?
