After almost a year since it was first announced, Moncage, a new perspective-based puzzle game, finally has a release date! So, read ahead, what you need to know about the premium puzzler!
Developer Optillusion and publisher XD Inc. first announced Moncage almost a year ago in the latter half of October 2020, since then not a lot had been revealed about the game, but now the developer has announced a release date for it! Moncage will be coming out on mobile devices on the 16th of November! Furthermore, the game will also be releasing on Steam for PC on the same date.
About Moncage:
The Puzzle genre of mobile games is one that rarely receives unique and intriguing games. Moncage however, seems to be an exception to this, it is an incredibly fascinating game with a simple setting. The game is set in the titular Moncage, which is a cube. Each side of the cube tells a different tale, and the player is to change his/her perspective to interact with each side. Each side has different elements, which as the story progresses will come together.
The underlying theme or story of the game is a touching tale of a father, a son, and a lighthouse, which will unravel as the player works his/her way around the cube. The game brings all of this with soothing and extremely impressive graphics which are supremely easy on the eyes. The player will have a chance to explore 60 interactive puzzles across 50 scenes to uncover the secrets of the cube and although the game’s graphics may make it look like an easy ride, you need to have your mind, in the game!
How to Download:
Moncage will be releasing on the 16th of November for both iOS and Android Devices. The game will not be free-to-play and will come with a price tag of $4.99. The game hasn’t been listed on the App Store or Play Store yet, so please visit this page sometime later for the download links as soon as they go live!
Conclusion:
To conclude, in a largely repetitive market, Moncage comes across as a breath of fresh air. The trailer looks quite impressive, and the theme of the game is an intriguing one as well. The game does come with a price tag which might affect its appeal to some gamers, but in this case, we feel the $4.99 tag is justified. Finally, what do you think about Moncage?
