Alice Fiction is WonderPlanet’s new mobile RPG, which is set to be released in the summer of 2022. A teaser trailer accompanies the announcement, with a song performed by FantasticYouth. Beta Tests were carried out to allow players to experience the game earlier. Alice Fiction’s genre is listed as “RPG in Wonder Metaverse”. Alice Fiction is being marketed as an Addictive and speedy puzzle RPG. WonderPlanet had to expand the number of participants for the closed beta test of its new smartphone game “Alice Fiction” to a total of 5,000 due to popular demand.
The purpose of the closed beta test is to help make game adjustments and server load prior to the official release of “Alice Fiction”, the game for smartphones is set in the virtual space [ALICE]. WonderPlanet released a note after the testing,“Based on the opinions and impressions we have received from our customers, we will strive to further improve the quality of the game for the official release, so we would appreciate your cooperation.”
A metaverse
The mobile game is apparently set in a virtual space i.e. metaverse known as Alice. In the teaser video released by the developers, the game’s worldview was revealed and the game’s theme song is “Non-reality escape” performed by FantasticYouth. The game’s official website and Twitter have been set up but at present, they still don’t have much information at present. It has been hinted that the game could have characters or plots from previous games from WonderPlanet, as the part of metaverse, like Jumputi Heroes, Crash Fever and Konosuba Fantastic Days.
Story
The plot of Alice Fiction is about a world where virtual space [ALICE] has permeated everyday life, it has become commonplace for people to spend time in virtual space. While logging into [ALICE], which the Player is starting for the first time, the Player is hit instead by a mysterious error. After the error, the Player will arrive at the virtual space [ALICE], but they are told that they have lost all their memory information from the past. The lost memories, the girl who claims to be their sister, and the “Avatar Lost (crippling incident)”. In the search for answers, players will meet various people and folklore, learn about the problems occurring behind the scenes of the seemingly peaceful virtual space [ALICE], and becomes involved in the truth of that world. There has been currently not much information about the gameplay of the game but Alice Fiction’s official YouTube channel posted a video Showcasing Battle.
Pre-register
The game will be released during the summer soon as it is already up for pre-registration. Pre-register for Alice Fiction on Google Play and the App Store.
