Getting to know Dumb Ways to Sleep
The interface of Dumb Ways to Sleep contains four major parts: Home, Day, Night, and Playlists.
Home
The Home page gives you an overview of the app. You can find Audio Stories, Fairy Tales, Relaxing Audio, Scenic Vibes, and Uplifting Music here.
Day Time
The Day Time Page gives you an overview of the contents your child can learn and listen to in the daytime. The Day Time Page contains Meditations, Music, Sounds, and Breathing.
The Meditation contents will help your child to calm down their anxiety, relax, and be aware of self-care, and personal growth.
The Music section would help them uplift their moods. They can listen to music that will uplift their mood, drift off in Atlantis, deserts, and space, or make them focused for the day.
The Sounds section is going to introduce your child to White Noise (noise that has the same intensity throughout the audible frequency range and is great for improving sleeping patterns), Elements of nature like ocean waves, raindrops, Soft Machines like harps, train rides, animals like purring kittens, farm animals, and many more.
The Breathing section introduces your child to new characters like Klutz, Botch, Dunce, and many more. There are 1-minute breathing exercises introduced by these characters which will help your child to calm down effectively.

Night Time
The Night Time Page gives you an overview of the content that your child can listen to. As a result, they can be relaxed and sleepy at night quickly. The Night Time Page contains Meditations, Stories, Music, Lullabies, and Sounds.
The Stories Page contains short 20 minutes audio stories on adventures, friendship, nature, and fairy tales. This might be your child’s favourite page and their favourite activity to listen to in this app! Afterall, we all love to listen to stories, and kids are no exception!
The Lullabies section contains night time lullabies for your little ones. Close your eyes and listen to Little Bean or a Cacti dance in the Magical Dune.
Apart from these two sections, other sections’ contents are pretty much similar to the Day Time section.

The Playlists Page is useful to keep a track of the favourite activities your child likes to listen to. There is a pre-chosen playlist that developers of Dumb Ways to Sleep have created for an effective sleep routine. You can also create your custom playlist.
