Now that Pokémon UNITE is in our hands and we have played it for quite some time, it is time to answer some of the questions that the franchise fans have been asking a lot. One of our readers recently asked us about the Maximum level that a Pokémon can reach in a match. So here is our answer:
The maximum level of a Pokémon in a Pokémon UNITE match:
To find the answer to this question, we jumped into a lot of ranked matches, and most of the time, we were able to reach level 13 to 14, sometimes even level 15, but right after that, the timers used to come to an end, and the match was over. So we thought, why not jump into a practice match and find it out.
And after trying the test with multiple Pokémon, we can assure you that the maximum level that a Pokémon can reach in a Pokémon UNITE match is Level 15. After that, it does not matter how much more Exp your Pokémon gathers; it won’t level up.
However, after playing over 120 ranked battles, we can tell you that even if you play well in most of the matches, you will only get around level 14 before the game ends. To take your Pokémon to level 15 in an actual ranked match, you will have to play perfectly without any mistakes.
How does Pokémon move upgrade work?
Thanks to numerous matches that we played to find the maximum Pokémon level, we also understood how skills a.k.a Pokémon moves upgrade system works in the game. The following tables show how Pokémon Moves are upgraded in Pokémon UNITE.
