Open all departments and subjects ASAP: If you want to quickly progress in the game, then your very first goal should be to have all the departments, and your university shall be able to offer all six subjects. These subjects are Fine Arts, Math, Economics, Philosophy, Sports and Tech. Philosophy is by default open when you start the game; you can unlock other subjects by completing researches in the research menu.
Increase tuition earnings: There are two sources of income in the game – Grants & tuition. Grants are automatically calculated, and they increase as you progress in the game. At the same time, tuition earnings can easily be increased by constructing and upgrading more facilities on the university campus. Furthermore, tuition earnings can also be increased by completing few types of researches in the ‘Economy’ research section.
Upgrade canteen & GYM: Don’t ignore GYM and Canteen as they are very important buildings. These buildings provide motivation to the students, which means you can increase the difficulty of the courses, and the students will get more knowledge bonuses, thus helping you to grow quickly.
Always participate in competitions: In University Empire Tycoon, competitions are the best way to earn bonus cash. A new competition will pop-up every 2-3 minutes in the game; make sure to take part in all such competitions, and they will earn you loads of cash.
Use gems to hire professors: Don’t you the gems/diamonds in speeding up the buildings; rather, use them to hire exceptional professors as it is more beneficial and will help you grown your university quickly.
Never exceed energy limit: You should never exceed the energy limit; otherwise, a fixed penalty amount will be charged every hour until you expand your limit. Thus, it is better to increase the energy limit beforehand itself. And if you do, you will save all cash that you would have paid as a penalty.
Negotiate with teachers: When hiring teachers, it’s not compulsory to pay them the salary they have asked for. You can counter offer them a low salary, and in most cases, they do accept your counter offer. This way, you will end up saving a lot in the long run.
Increase Students: Total capacity of students can be increase by adding more facilities and then adding desks in the classrooms.
Academic Difficulty: You will find it in the management tab; if you set it higher, students will gain more knowledge bonus, but they will get exhausted faster. Thus, you have to set academic difficulty based on the facilities of your campus. If you have greater facilities, then you can keep the Academic difficulty higher; if not, then keep it lower, or else students will quit university.
Maximum Limit of Cash: There is a maximum limit of cash that you can keep in the game. However, this limit can be easily increased by upgrading the Dean’s building or by completing the Safe Deposits boxes research. Make sure to increase the upper limit time and again, or else you will lose all the extra money you make.
