Since its initial release in China, Tencent’s Honor of Kings has been one of the top-grossing mobile games. It produced around $1.65 billion in 2021 for the company. Tencent’s games publishing company, Level Infinite, has revealed that it will launch a worldwide edition of Honor of Kings, bringing the excitement of this MOBA game to more gamers.
About Honor of Kings
The Honor of Kings is an online MOBA game that pits you against other players in spectacular team combat. This is a MOBA consisting of characters in which you compete against gamers from all around the world in 5v5 combats.
Within the primary game mode of the game, you may play action-packed games in three basic ways: two teams of five, each attempting to destroy the opposing base before it destroys yours. The gameplay is typical for this genre, which is best known for games like League of Legends and has been perfectly adapted for touchscreen devices.

The global version of Honor of Kings is announced to release this year but there is no official release date revealed by the developers. The closed beta tests will start in July 2022, so we can expect the official release by end of this year because developers are also planning to host KCC 2022 at the end of this year with 16 international teams. Currently the game is available for pre-registration on TapTap for both Android and iOS devices.
Honor of Kings World Champion Cup (KCC) 2022
The 2022 edition of the Honor of Kings World Champion Cup (KCC) will kick off at the end of this year. For the first time in its history, KCC will welcome 16 international teams to join the tournament as the developers are planning to release the game globally before KCC 2022. These teams will compete for a share of the $10million prize pool.
