About the game Sword Art Online Variant Showdown
The Sword Art Online Variant Showdown is the new 3D fast-paced combat game under the Sword Art Online franchise. The characters of this game are none but the well-known SAO Characters and various types of characters from the anime series.
The game has the famous character Kirito who will start the story of this game. Kirito hears about the rumors of the Cross Edge at the Dicey Cafe and here starts the story of the game. Now the game will progress with these two rumors. The first one is about the attack of a mysterious player and losing to the first one is just losing a portion of your memories. In the second one, you will find them wearing hoods pulled low to hide their eyes. Kirito recalls Laughing Coffin, the player-killer guild he faced in SAO. To search these rumors, Kirito and his friends start to play Cross Edge. As a result of it, they unknowingly start to face surprise attacks.
Details about the closed beta test and how to apply
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Sword Art Online franchise is launching the new game Sword Art Online Variant Showdown. Sword Art Online Variant Showdown hosts the closed beta test soon. Now it is recruiting testers for this test. Around 10,000 testers can participate in this test. This closed beta test is to examine the performance of the game across various platforms before the main launch. The players who will participate in the closed beta test can share valuable feedback for any further improvement of the game if required.
The closed best test will continue from June 10, 2022, to June 14, 2022. This will be available on both Android and iOS platforms. The interested players can submit their applications for this closed beta test from May 7, 2022, to May 16, 2022. To get the application for this beta test, players have to visit their official website. The players will be randomly selected to experience the beta version of the game. The result of this selection will be declared on May 26, 2022. 10 Lucky winners to participate in the game will get 10 SAOVS Beater T-shirts.
