Popular mobile MMORPG Seven Knights 2 ‘s global release has been announced!
Game developer Netmarble has announced plans for the global release of Seven Knights 2. The game was first released in South Korea in November, last year. It was very well received and enjoyed massive popularity there.
About Seven Knights 2:
Seven Knights 2 was announced in 2018 and a beta version was released soon. Two years later, the game was released in South Korea and soon became immensely popular.
Seven Knights 2 is a sequel to the well-loved game, Seven Knights. The game takes place 20 years after the events of its prequel. Although the themes it features are quite similar to its prequel, there are certain differences. The 2 main differences are, this time the game is not an RPG but an MMORPG, which means the game will be a much grander experience. Secondly, the game makes use of Unreal Engine 4 this time, which allows for an enhanced feel by offering top-of-the-line graphics. The player is given the command of a team of 4 characters, where 1 main character is controlled by the player and AI takes charge of the other 3. The player can also switch between characters mid-battle.
The game, being a sequel also features many familiar characters from the first part. According to the developers, there will be at least ten old familiar heroes to play upon release.
Release date:
A confirmed release date is not known as of now. According to Netmarble’s plans, the release is set for the second half of 2021. This probably means that we will be able to get our hands on the game later this year.
