The latest game that the developers are currently working on, the name of which is not unknown anymore, PUBG New State is all set to make its way through the several layers of testing and finally extend its way to release.
In a recent post, the developer team has announced the second alpha testing of the game, the registration of which starts from today. The developers had announced the first round of closed alpha test in the month of June and hence it can be expected that the second alpha comes with necessary changes providing a better experience of the Futuristic battle royale game. This also ensures that the developers are working on the game development in full swing and players can expect the game to officially release later this year.
How to Register for the upcoming PUBG New State Alpha Test?
The second alpha test opens doors for more players to get a sneak peek of the new title, however not every player who registers for the test gets qualified as a tester. Selected players will be contacted via mail. There will also be a separate announcement made on the official social media pages and website of the game. Players can apply for the Alpha Test from the Official Pubg New State website, to hold a chance to test the game before public release. The test is available for both iOS and Android users.
Players can follow the steps underneath to register themselves for the second alpha test:
- Click on [Apply for Alpha Test].
- Read through the [Application and Participation Guide].
- Read the policies carefully and choose the mobile OS you wish to apply for: Android or iOS.
- Fill out the form
- Keep checking mail and official channels of the game for selection announcement.
Android testers will be chosen via Google Play and iOS testers will be chosen via Testflight. Selected testers will be announced on the official website on August 26, 2021, at 04:00 (UTC+0).
Players can also Pre-register themselves on Google Play and App Store to get the quickest access to the game upon official launch.
Second Alpha Test Schedule
The second Alpha Test procedure has been segregated into three parts, while the application period is open for all interested players to register, the second and third is solely for players who qualify for the Alpha testing.
- Application Period: August 9, 2021 (04:00 UTC+0) – August 23, 2021 (12:59 UTC+0)
- Pre-Download Period: August 26, 2021 (02:00 UTC+0) – August 27, 2021 (1:59 UTC+0)
- Alpha Test: August 27, 2021 (05:00 UTC+0) – August 29, 2021 (11:00 UTC+0)
Device Specifications
The developers have made the game accessible for various devices, making it compatible for both iOS and Android devices. The current specifications are subject to change, optimizing it to run on different Android and iOS devices when the game gets officially launched.
- For Android device users, the device must be of Android OS 6.0 or higher with minimum 2 GB of RAM.
- For iOS device users, the device must be iPhone 6s or higher with iOS 13.0 or higher.
Region Availability
The applications for the second alpha test are not available globally. The test is limited to selected regions and has opened for only Aisa, MENA, and Turkey residing players.
- ASIA: Cambodia ,Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Chinese, Taipei, Thailand.
- MENA & Turkey: Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
The Alpha Test has been made limited to these regions to measure performance, network stability, and key in-development gameplay systems to ensure the game is error-free during its official launch. However, there is no surety whether Alpha tests will be held in other regions in the future. The developers assure if there is any such possibility, it will be conveyed over official channels.
