When some leaks came to notice stating that PUBG Mobile 2.0 will release in the next few days, most players just took it as nothing more than just another rumor. But it turned out it might be true, as today KRAFTON has just announced a brand new mobile game set in the PUBG universe titled ‘PUBG: New State,’ and it might release next week.

KRAFTON, Inc. and PUBG studio, the creators of the original battle royale, Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, announced a brand new game today called ‘PUBG: New State.’ It is a mobile battle royale game, pretty much a sequel to PUBG Mobile. Players are even referring to it as PUBG Mobile 2.
The core mechanics will remain pretty much like PUBG Mobile in the new game, but the cosmetic and theme will be completely changed. As PUBG: New State is set in the year 2051, you will see everything with a futuristic theme and gameplay, more like Apex Legend Mobile.
PUBG: New State is now available for Pre-Registration
KRAFTON has not only revealed PUBG: New State, but they have also started taking Pre-Registration for the game. As of now, Android players can Pre-Register on Google Playstore.
Pre-Registration for iOS players has not yet begun; the developers have asked the player to keep an eye on the game’s official website, where they will notify the iOS player as soon as the pre-Registration for them begins.

As per the official details revealed by Krafton, the minimum requirements to run PUBG: New State smoothly is as followed:
- On Android: Android 6.0 or higher, 2.5GB RAM
- On iOS: Any device with iOS 10 or higher.
When will PUBG: New State release?
As of now, an exact date has not been officially confirmed by Krafton for the release of PUBG: New State, but it has been officially confirmed that the game will release worldwide in this year itself.
Further, as per the leaks and rumors, it is being claimed that PUBG: New State will release as early as next week.
