Ready to join Earth’s mightiest heroes (and the universe’s mightiest heroes…and even the not-so-mighty heroes) save the universe? Well, in Marvel Future Fight, you can do just that. If you follow these tips, you will find yourself ready for anything the multiverse has to throw at you.
Selecting your heroes
When it comes to battle, you can only choose three heroes. Each hero has an affinity, or class, either blast, combat, speed, or universal. The former three are effective against each other in a rock, paper, scissors style, however, universal heroes and enemies are not stronger than other affinities but also are not weaker than other affinities, a true neutral. You can only really know which affinities will be needed once you have played the level once, so amend your team if you fail with the right affinities in mind!
Each hero you own will also, quite obviously, have different strength indicators, based on their star count, their mastery, their level, and their abilities. It goes without saying to make sure you choose your strongest heroes for the job unless you intend to level up your weaker heroes. If you have a team of one or two really strong characters, you can fly through the level with them. All heroes that participate in a level, whether they fight or not, gain XP, so it could be worth it to tag a hero along to passively strengthen your other heroes.
If you want to level up to three weaker heroes at once, you can replay older levels to gain XP and other win rewards, potentially gaining enough materials to master up your heroes as well as level them up.

Fighting enemies
Here is where the action is. On every level, you will face a multitude of enemies in numerous waves, with one or more bosses waiting for you to stumble in their path. In all honestly, there is not too much to consider when in the heat of battle. Simply button mash your way to victory. Make sure you are somewhat careful in choosing when you strike with your abilities, there is no point in using the ability for one measly robot. Although every ability recharges in a matter of seconds, so it hardly matters.
The only thing really to keep track of is your hero’s health. When it starts to drop, switch out to another hero and let the beaten hero heal. Switching often allows you to make sure all three heroes are ready to take down the potentially challenging boss at the end of the level.
Playing different missions
As you progress, you will unlock many different ways to play levels aside from the story, so make sure to play all sorts of levels to strengthen your heroes and gather lots of materials and currencies. Playing online often will help you as well.

Upgrading your heroes
It is imperative to make sure your heroes are strong. Aside from leveling them up, you can upgrade their abilities, master them, use XP packs to level them up, and more. Be sure to use everything you have at your disposal to strengthen your strongest and backup heroes. Be careful, however, being too eager to level up all your heroes will be a waste of resources. Prioritize around six, with three of them bringing the strongest and the other three to have for contingencies. If you can, make sure to have a good balance of affinities, just in case.
Claiming rewards
Marvel Future Fight will absolutely throw loads of rewards to you, through daily crates, one of which will give you a free hero, and through a myriad of log-in reward calendars. So don’t forget to claim them! Just follow the red dots and you will be directed to quest rewards, free rewards, notices, and potential upgrades.

With these tips in mind, you will have no problem succeeding as the multiverse’s savior. Interested in Marvel Future Fight? You can download it on the App Store and on Google Play. Interested in multiplayer games? You can check out my guide for Catalyst Black.
