A new login event is in Genshin Impact as a part of Genshin’s first anniversary gifts. These free wishes will come as a part of the Passage of Clouds and Stars Event. So, as the name might suggest, you will just have to log in to Genshin Impact to get the rewards.

The Release of The Login Event in Genshin Impact
The login event will come with the Passage of Clouds and Stars on 28th September. It will continue for a few weeks and end with the next update of 2.2. The ending of the event might be by 13th October. Starting date of the login event is the same day that Genshin Impact was released.
So, in all, you will get rewards during each of the first seven days of the event. You will be getting primogems, mora, Intertwined Fates, and many more.

So, in this event, you will get 10 Intertwined Fates, so 10 wishes. The number of wishes will be beneficial for those who are starting out the game. But, for players who have played the game for a while, it will not be that much. Moreover, many of the players will be passing Kokomi’s banner. So, they might save it for a different time.
Now, the event does reward players handsomely. But, in general, anniversaries of Gacha games offers a lot of rewards. Moreover, the hype regarding Genshin’s anniversary started way before. So, players don’t feel that the hype levels and the event doesn’t match.
