NCSoft has just announced a new entry in the Lineage franchise, Lineage W. The upcoming addition to the franchise will be available for both PC and Mobile devices!
Lineage is one of the highest-grossing video game franchises of all time, with more than $9.8 billion in lifetime revenue, it certainly does have a devoted fan base. This time NCSoft has announced a new game in the series which will be named Lineage W. The exciting part about this release is that along with PC it will also be released on mobile devices! Following this news, the ardent fans of the Lineage franchise who are also avid mobile gamers are extremely excited.
About Lineage W:
Lineage first came out in 1998 and since then it has made quite a name for itself. The games are all MMORPGs that feature elves, princes, magicians, and much more. Classic RPG elements like collecting loot, completing quests, and killing monsters for experience points are also a major part of the games. PvP battles where players can battle against other players are also an extensive part of the games. As of now, NCSoft has not revealed any details like the release date, gameplay, or the concept of the game. All that is known is the title, Lineage W. A teaser website has been launched, but currently, it does not reveal much detail about the game. The website reads “Coming Soon Aug 19, 2021” which means more details about the game will soon be revealed!
It is believed that the game will be released in 4 languages, English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
