Idle Fishing Village Tycoon sees the player building and upgrading all aspects of a fishing enterprise, from the catching to the selling. Here is what you need to know to make money efficiently and quickly.
Follow the process
This game follows a simple and intuitive system. There are three departments to keep track of. The fishing boats will be sent out to collect the fish upon you activating them. They will go out to see for a small while and return with a bunch of fish. The loading dock will pick up the collected fish from the boats and put them in storage. The garage will then deliver the fish from the dock to the store, where they’ll be sold for profit.
When the process hasn’t been automated, it will be up to you to activate all the departments, and the best way to do it would be to tap on each part of the process respectively, to keep your profit machine spinning, and to prevent you from a fragmented and awkward flow which will hold up profits and prolong the process.
Each department can be upgraded to collect/store/deliver more fish at a time, leading to more profits! Upgrade evenly, as each department increases its fish storage at the same increments. If you upgrade unevenly, then you will have one part of the process limiting you and not letting the others perform to the levels you have upgraded them to. When you have more than one fishing boat, then you may have to upgrade the other departments a bit more to keep up with the influx of fish. This is okay, as long as the fish flow is relatively even, you’ll be fine.
Each department can also have a manager to automate the process and increase each department’s fish storage. As soon as you can, automate each part of the process, starting with the boats. This will assist you in being able to do everything else you need to do whilst not being locked up in activating each department.
Focus on the daily missions and achievements
As is with most games, Idle Fishing Village Tycoon has achievements and daily missions that will reward you with pearls and crystals. The daily missions are easy and are a great source of pearls that are used to upgrade your delivery services, a great way to earn passive income.
At the top of the screen are missions, that’ll guide you to fully complete your island, by upgrading everything to the maximum level and unlocking and upgrading all delivery services. As you progress in the game, different features of the village will become available, bringing the village back to life. Each new feature of the village will frequently give you pearls as a gift, so keep your eyes peeled for any pearl bubbles.
Get those stamps!
As you level up departments or delivery services to certain milestones, you may be rewarded with stamps. Stamps will give you rewards but are primarily used to travel and to prestige.
The world map has many villages to revitalize, and they all cost a number of stamps to access. Once you have found all the stamps in one village, you will be able to reset it, increasing the difficulty but unlocking landmark rewards and giving you rewards depending on how many resets you have done. So try to focus on getting as many as you can!
