GTA Remaster: The extremely popular video game franchise, GTA, will soon be releasing remastered versions of some of their most popular games, namely, GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas!
Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto or GTA is one of the highest-selling video game franchises of all time. It first came out in 1997, titled Grand Theft Auto, since then the franchise has created a vast and widespread global audience for itself. The latest release was GTA 5 which came out in 2013 and since then has gone on to become the second highest-selling game of all time. This clearly means that there is a huge audience waiting to lap up on GTA games.

About the GTA Remaster:
Rockstar Games will soon be releasing remasters of its PlayStation 2 era games, namely GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas. The remasters will make use of the Unreal Engine and will be a mix of “new and old graphics”. The remaster is being led by one of Rockstar’s newest studios, Rockstar Dundee. Along with the graphics, the games will also feature a new and updated UI. Earlier, it was planned that remasters will be released as a free bundle along with GTA 5’s next-gen port. The plans have since changed and now the remasters will be available separately on a wide range of platforms such as PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, PC, Stadia, and mobile phones by late October-early November this year.
Conclusion:
To conclude, more often than not, remasters receive a lot of love. Mostly it is because they bring along a sense of nostalgia. GTA is no different, today it’s more of a cult than a game and therefore the remastered versions have an audience who is eagerly waiting for their release and rule the streets with the classic cheats. its gonna be fire!!
These games are the reason I became obsessed with gaming. They mean a lot to me growing up and I’m so happy to see people play them again. It would be nice if they also added all the cut content that was supposed to be in the original games
