Genshin Impact: Kuki Shinobu’s Best Artifacts
The green haired girl in a cat mask, Kuki Shinobu is a 4* Electro Healer/Support and there are more than one roles where she can fit into. Her role as a Healer is the most optimal option but she can also be played as a support/burst-support for a Tazer-team. Both her Healing and Damage scales off her HP. And with that there are a few artifacts options but let’s go through the most fitting ones according to her role.
Role: Healer/Support

- Artifact Set: 4-Set Tenacity of The Millelith.
2-Piece- HP +20%.
4-Piece– When an opponent is hit by an Elemental Skill, all adjacent party members’ ATK is enhanced by 20% and their Shield Strength is increased by 30% for 3 seconds. Once every 0.5 seconds, this effect can be triggered. Even if the character who is using this artefact set is not on the field, its effect can still be activated.
- Artifact Set: 4-Set Noblesse Oblige.

2-Piece: Elemental Burst DMG +20%
4-Piece: When Elemental Burst is activated, it increases all party members’ ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.
- Artifact Set: 2-Set Tenacity of The Millelith.
2-Set Maiden Beloved / 2-Set Ocean-Hued Clam.
2-Piece Maiden Beloved: Character Healing Effectiveness +15%.
2-Piece Ocean-Hued Clam: Healing Bonus +15%.

2-Piece: Increases Elemental Mastery by 80.
4-Piece: Upon activating an Elemental Reaction, increases all party members’ Elemental Mastery by 120 for 8s.

Genshin Impact: Kuki Shinobu Weapons
Best 5* Weapons:

- Primordial Jade Cutter– HP increased by 20%. Additionally, provides an ATK Bonus based on 1.2% of the wielder’s Max HP.
- Freedom Sworn– A member of the Millennial Movement who flits through the air. DMG is increased by a factor of ten. A Sigil of Rebellion is awarded to the character holding this weapon when Elemental Reactions are triggered. This effect can be activated once every 0.5 seconds, even if the character in question is not on the field. When you have two Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed, and all party members in the vicinity will gain. Song of Resistance for 12s from the Millennial Movement. Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance increases DMG by 16 percent and ATK by 20 percent for Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks. For the next 20 seconds after this effect has been triggered, you will not be able to gain Sigils of Rebellion. Buffs of the same type will not stack.
Best 4* Weapons:

- Iron Sting– All DMG is increased by 6% for 6s. Maximum of 2 stacks that can take place once every 1s.
- Sacrificial Sword– After an Elemental Skill damages an opponent, the skill has a 40% chance of ending its own CD. It only happens once every 30 years.
- Lion’s Roar– Increases DMG against Pyro or Electro affected enemies by 20%.
Best 3* Weapons:
- Harbinger of Dawn– When HP is above 90%, increase CRIT Rate by 14%.
Genshin Impact: Teams for Kuki Shinobu
Shinobu is a great electro applicator and a healer both. She’s not meant to be played as a DPS but fits perfectly in Tazer-teams and Mono- Electro Teams.

- Normal Attack
Normal Attack: Perform maximum of four rapid strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes stamina and unleashes two powerful sword attacks.
Plunging Attack: Attacks the ground from mid-air and deals AoE damage.
- Elemental Skill: Sanctifying Ring
Creates a Grass Ring of Sanctification at the cost of part of her HP, dealing Electro DMG to nearby opponents.
Grass Ring of Sanctification:
Follows your current active character around. Deals Electro DMG to nearby opponents every 1.5s and restores HP for active character(s) within the ring’s AoE based on Kuki Shinobu’s Max HP.
The HP consumption from using this skill can only bring her to 20% HP.
- Elemental Burst: Gyoei Narukami Kariyama Rite
Stabs an evil-excoriating blade into the ground, creating a field that cleanses the area of all that is foul, dealing continuous Electro DMG to opponents within its AoE based on Shinobu’s Max HP.
If Shinobu’s HP is less than or equal to 50% when this skill is used, the field will last longer.

Heart’s Repose
Sanctifying Ring will get a boost in both healing and damage dealt depending on Kuki Shinobu’s Elemental Mastery.
Breaking Free
Increases the AoE of Kuki Shinobu’s Elemental Burst.
Talent for Daily Life
Gives 50% more resources when sent to an expedition in Liyue.

C1: To Cloister Compassion: Goel Narukami Karlyama Rite’s AoE is increased by 50 percent.
C2: To Forsake Fortune: Grass Ring of Sanctification’s duration is increased by 3 seconds.
C3: To Sequester Sorrow: Level of Sanctifying Ring increases by 3.
C4: To Sever Sealing: When the Normal, Charged or Plunging Attacks of characters affected by Shinobu’s Elemental skill hit opponents, a Thundergrass Mark will land on the opponent’s position and deal AoE Electro damage based on 9.7 per cent of her max HP. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
C5: To Cease Courtesis: Level of Elemental burst increases by 3.
C6: To Ward Weakness: When Kuki’s HP drops to 25 per cent or below, or when she takes lethal damage, she will not fall as a result of the damage sustained this time. She will grain 150 Elemental Mastery for 15 seconds.
Constellation Preference:

Kuki Shinobu’s preferred constellations if you want to play her as a Healer are the C3 & C6.
For a Burst Support, C1 & C4 are the important ones.
