Anemo Hypostasis is one of the fields or normal bosses in Genshin Impact. He is one of the elemental lifeforms, with his siblings being the Geo, Cryo, and the Electro Hypostasis. In this guide, we will be looking at how to defeat Anemo easily, and at the same time use some tips to defeat it.
General Information On Anemo Hypostasis

To fight Anemo, you will need 40 resin to fight it, similar to the other hypostasis. To find Anemo, you will have to the Stormbearer Mountains in Mondstadt. There, you will be able to see a circular arena, where you will be able to find him. Similar to the other hypostases, then you can only deal damage to the core. The pillars or rocks, which surround it, will absorb the damage.
Code name: Beth. A high-purity Anemo entity.
Elemental hypostases are life forms that have completely abandoned their former appearance and biological structure, making them able to reach the highest level of elemental purity.
Research into hypostases is mainly led by scholars of Sumeru Academia, but due to the level of danger that they pose, little substance is known about hypostases beyond their scientific name and code name.

Tips On Defeating Anemo Hypostasis
Keep Your Distance From Anemo Hypostasis

Make sure to keep your distance from Anemo, as it is important, especially to dodge some major attacks. Also, try using ranged characters, like Amber, as it can help. Especially in some attacks, it is major to keep yourself away from Anemo.
Wait For The Opportunity To Attack Anemo Hypostasis

Anemo, like the other hypostases, will have pillars or blocks that will guard the core. You can attack the core, if so you will be able to deal damage to it. So, wait for the opportunity, especially after the Anemo attacks. So, you will have to understand its attack patterns.
Collect The Floating Orbs
The Anemo orbs are floating orbs that have 2 main purposes during the fight. The orbs come after the Tornado attack, which we will discuss later on. These orbs can be used by it for attacks like the Vacuum Burst.
When you get the HP of Anemo below a certain point, these orbs will be important. These orbs must be collected, otherwise, they will gain a certain amount of HP back.
The Attack Patterns Of Anemo Hypostasis
Crystalfly
In this attack, Anemo flies to the sky and form the structure of a fly. It will go off 2 attacks. The first attack will deal a lot of AoE damage and sends you to the air. The second attack will deal damage and will hit you if you get hit by the first. To dodge, dash away as soon as it goes into the sky.
Tornado
In this attack, as the name might suggest, this attack forms tornadoes, which are easy to dodge. But, if you get hit, it will deal a lot of damage. So, make sure to dodge, as the tornadoes don’t lock on the players.
Basic Vacuum Burst
In this attack, the pillars will form a ring around a core and pull you towards the core. Then, Anemo does a burst attack which will hurt a lot. To dodge, move away from it, as soon as Anemo teleports near you.
Anemo’s Clap
The normal attack of hypostases is the iconic clap attack. To dodge this attack, you will have to dash away from Anemo.
Orb Vacuum Burst
In this attack, which is similar to the basic vacuum burst, in which the Anemo orbs go towards the core and the pillars start revolving. Then, as the orbs make contact, they will release shockwaves which can deal a lot of damage to you. Keep distance to dodge.
Draft Missiles
In this attack, Ameno launches the pillars into the air, which fall back onto you as meteors, which can deal damage. These meteors then make drafts, which you can ride on. These drafts are important when Anemo’s HP reaches below a certain level. To dodge, look on the ground, as the meteors will drop on the patterns that form on the ground.
Ending Note
Anemo Hypostasis is one of the easier bosses to defeat. Granted, the last healing and collecting bit might be a bit difficult but try your best. If you need help, try using Venti. Happy Gaming!
