Genshin Impact 2.6 Banners:
Rerun Banners:

There is a confirmed rerun for Venti and Ayaka happening in the 2.6 version. Venti will rerun alongside Ayato in phase 1, and Ayaka will run on a solo banner in phase 2. Players have been waiting for a Venti rerun for way too long now, and their wish has finally been fulfilled. Now, let’s look at the new character being introduced, Kamisato Ayato.
Kamisato Ayato:

Ayato is a Hydro vision holder who uses a sword as the weapon of his choice. As the head of the Yashiro Commission, he is dedicated to ensuring the region’s development and stability. When the Kamisato Clan was in trouble, it was this young man who rose to the occasion and brought the situation under control. In most of the negotiations in which he participates, he is neither ruthless nor competitive. He is even willing to share benefits so that everyone gets a decent piece of the pie. He could not have gotten to where he is now without a lot of resourcefulness and cunning. However, that impenetrable smile may conceal darker waves.
In terms of playstyle, Ayato has been very popular since the leaks have come out. His damage seems amazing, and his ascension stat is Crit DMG, which can be raised to 88.4% at Level 90, so players are looking forward to summon for him. Once he’s out, we’ll have a build guide for him, so keep an eye out for that!
Genshin Impact 2.6 New Area “Chasm”:

The underground mines and the aboveground terrain will be divided into two sections in the new region, Chasm. The mines will be the lowest place on Teyvat, significantly lower than Enkanomiya in terms of height. Ruin Serpent, a new sort of Genshin Impact enemy from the Automaton family, will be introduced to this legendary territory. They will be a whole new world boss that is atypical for the Automaton enemy type. The Chasm also brings a new Archon Quest with the return of Dainsleif.
Genshin Impact 2.6 New Artifact Sets:

Two new Artifact sets are coming in the 2.6 Version, they are as follows:
Vermillion Hereafter:
2-piece effect: Increase in ATK by 18%.
4-piece effect: This character will acquire the Nascent Light effect after using an Elemental Burst, enhancing their ATK by 8% for 16 seconds. When a character’s HP is decreased, their ATK increases by 10%. This rise can happen up to four times. Once every 0.8 seconds, this effect can be triggered. When the character exits the field, the nascent light will be dispelled. The initial Nascent Light will be dispelled if an Elemental Burst is performed again during the duration of the Nascent Light.
Echoes of an Offering:
2-piece effect: Increase in ATK by 18%.
4-piece effect: When Normal Attacks hit an opponent, there is a 36% chance that Valley Rite will be triggered, increasing Normal Attack DMG by 70% of ATK. After a Normal Attack deals DMG, this effect will be erased in 0.05s. If a Normal Attack fails to trigger Valley Rite, the chances of it occurring again are increased by 20%. This event can happen once every 0.2 seconds.
Genshin Impact 2.6 New Weapons:

Haran Tsukishiro Futsu, Ayato’s BiS 5* weapon is set to be on the weapon banner in phase 1 of Version 2.6. It has a base ATK of 46 with a 7.2% Crit Rate as a secondary stat. If you’re looking to build a perfect Ayato, best to save some primogems for his weapon too. Alongside this weapon, Elegy for the End, Venti’s BiS weapon will appear on the same banner.
Genshin Impact 2.6 All Events:
Hues of the Violet Garden:

The festival will take place in Inazuma, organized by the Yashiro Commission and Yae Miko. Players can see their favorite characters from all the regions come together to celebrate this festival and play through their stories. Xingqui will be given for free after completing all the four challenges below.
1. Moon and Stars inscribed:

A bard from Mondstadt wants help from us players to get inspiration for his poem using the Inazuman landscape. We need to take pictures of the Inazuma specialties and submit them to the commissioner.
2. Theatre Mechanicus:

The return of the beloved Theatre mechanicus comes during the Inazuman festival. There are more additions to it than the last time. Every stage will have its own special stage features. Unlike having to equip Wondrous Sticks during the gameplay, we have to have them set before starting the stage. A set number of mechanici will already be set, you can remove or work around them to create your own strategies.
3. Clash of Lone Blades:

This challenge is centered around sword fighting. Every day, players must face a swordmaster with exceptional powers in a duel. Instead of using Elemental skills, we can use the new Perri mechanics and overpower the swordmaster.
4. Floral Courtyard:

An ikebana or flower arranging event where players have to follow a specific theme and complete their courtyard. Players can also receive their courtyard and place it in their Serenitea Pot.
Spices from the West:

A person from Sumeru comes forth to research various seasonings. It’s our responsibility to create those seasonings and hand them to her. You can also create fragrant dishes using the seasonings and feed them to the characters in your Serenitea Pot for an extra companion exp boost.
Vibro-Crystal Research:

A researcher from Fontaine is on the outskirts of the Chasm studying the said Vibro Crystals. There are transmitter and receiver crystals which when connected give various buffs to defeat enemies. Transmitter crystals set the conditions for the buff effect, and Receiver crystals trigger the buff when the conditions are met.
Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens:

A photography event is assigned to us by an Inazuma Artist. There will be specific requirements to complete the photo, like the angle or use of Elemental skills.
Ley Line Overflow:
This is a more common event where players can get double the rewards from the ley lines for the price of one.
Ending Note:
This update seems like a fun-filled one with the banner runs of the much-awaited characters, so we all have a lot of primogems to save for them. There is a new area to explore now so players don’t have to worry about running out of primogems anytime soon. What are you most looking forward to in the Genshin Impact 2.6?
