Frostpunk is a popular city-building survival video game developed and publishes by 11 bit studios. The game initially launched in 2018 on PC and then gradually expanded to Consoles selling over 3 million copies. The team behind 11 Bit studios has now partnered with NetEase Games, the popular mobile game studio, to bring Frostpunk to Android and iOS devices.
Frostpunk to release on the mobile platform soon
NetEase Games has just released a press release stating that they have teamed up with 11 Bit Studios to bring the award building title Frostpunk to the mobile platform later this year. NetEase Games has claimed that the players will be able to experience the same society survival games on the mobile devices.

In the original game, the player plays as a leader of the last city on the Earth and is handed the responsibility to run the city, allocated resources, solve social problems and lead the city through the eternal winter. The developer has claimed that the mobile version of Frostpunk will stick to the signature gameplay mechanics as that of the PC version. Furthermore, the mobile version will introduce new features such as Roguelike Adventure, Law and Guild, Rare Animal Rescue station, Character Development that would allow the players to dive deeper into the post-apocalypse world.
When will Frostpunk Mobile release?
NetEase has already announced that Frostpunk Mobile will release globally later this year. But if you are looking for an exact date for the launch of the game, then you will have to wait until 20th May. NetEase has stated that it will reveal the release timeline of Frostpunk Mobile at the NetEase Games’ Annual Product Launch Event that is scheduled for 20th May.
