Fall guys have already proved to be one of the biggest releases on ps4, windows, and PC this month. It’s only plausible to speculate; the developers at Mediatonic and publishers at Devolver Digital will exploit the same for mobile platforms.
So when does Fall Guy come to Mobile?
While you may come across several rip-off’s of Fall Guy; but you should know that the game is only available for console and PC. Not on Mobile Devices as of now!
Although, there has been news that the game will finally release on mobile devices by the Chinese video platform Bilibili, they have already secured rights to the game’s port. This probably means the game will launch first in China, though there isn’t any specific information on a release. However, if the Fall Guys mobile releases in China first, it can be expected to release in other countries sometime during next year.
Everything else set aside, Fall Guys definitely seems like just the game for a mobile platform. The controls are pretty basic – run-and-jump controls; something you could certainly play without a controller. If you can toggle with shooting, jumping, hiding, and building in Fortnite, it will be smooth sailing navigating the obstacles in Fall Guys mobile.
Since there are a lot of rumors going on about the game, and the knock offs in the market the developers have even put out a Twitter disclaimer –
Moreover Bill Croft the co-founder of Fall Guys, and developer at Mediatonic, confirmed. “We can confirm Bilibili has secured publishing rights to a mobile version in China,” Croft said to The Verge. “As you can imagine, we’ve had a lot of questions about platforms since launch, and of course we’d love to release on more platforms in the future but for now we’re focusing our efforts on PC and PS4.”
It is expected to release on both Google play store for Android as well as Apple Store for iOS devices.
