If you’re new to this game, keep reading our Everdale beginners guide for numerous helpful tips and tricks.
The Gameplay
The gameplay involves managing villagers and making sure they’re assigned tasks, fed, harvesting resources, and crafting items for trade. The simplest part is that when you’ve settled into the village’s rhythm, you’ll join a Valley. Then you can form a team with nine other players, each with their own village. To craft items, you’ll share production areas and specialized buildings in the game. Additionally, events occur within the valley sometimes, adding life, and short stories to the game.

Upgrade your Study
The Study is the place where you gain access to new Research Projects to assign for your villages, like new buildings, leveling up, materials, and recipes. Players can easily assign villagers to any of the Research Projects they desire. Players need to upgrade their study levels to upgrade their research technology.

To increase your Study level, you’d first have to earn Village XP, and then you unlock additional Research Projects and tech. When the new research is complete, you’ll be ready to execute it in your village. While research takes time, you can speed it up by utilizing Scrolls. Each scroll expedites your research by one minute.
Joining a Valley
After you reach Study Level 4 and conduct any research in the Study, you will automatically be converted to a member. The Valley acts as a centre point of activity for many villages. A valley can contain up to ten villages.

Build new structures and upgrade existing ones to earn Valley XP. Only the Leader of the Valley has the power to add in new members to the game. So if you’re the leader of your valley, only then will you be able to add in your friends or newer members.
Keeping your villagers happy is top priority
If you’ve got just got to playing the game, your major focus should be to gather as many food items as possible to organize enough food for your hungry villagers. Players can save time by collecting food and then preparing with the collected items rather than using the Pumpkin Patch.

Using food items for food will be less time-consuming compared to using the pumpkin patch. Moreover, if the villagers are tired or hungry, they will not work.
Food is a necessity
Making Food available is of utmost importance, no villager can survive without it. Therefore your village features a Pumpkin Patch and a Kitchen dedicated for the purpose. It is constantly used to prepare soup for hungry villagers.

Pumpkins are your villager’s staple source of food. All you’ve got to do is to assign a villager to the Pumpkin Patch, where he or she will harvest pumpkins. Soup isn’t necessarily made with pumpkins. Other food ingredients, like raspberries and mushrooms, can be used too.
Final Thoughts
Though not the finest entry from Supercell, Everdale is a highly addictive and relaxing game. While it does not offer the typical rush and competitive play players may expect; it’s a game that will be played at an individual’s own pace. The majority of activity is centered on the creation of a gorgeous safe haven designed entirely by one.
Everdale is available to download in selected regions from Google Play and App Store.
