A red flag on the top left corner> tap on it and a scroll with some options appear> tier 1, tier2, tier 3 and tier 4 are present> choose accordingly the troop to be trained> hence in a specific time the training goes on.

On the right corner below, a castle icon appears, tap on it and you enter the castle. There tap on each construction and upgrade it while you can also opt for the new ones.
