In Brawl Stars, one important factor of the game is the power points. These points help you to increase the power level of your character and helps you proceed through the ranks. Sometimes, people get stuck on a certain brawler, as they don’t have enough power points or coins.
Worry not! As, in the article, we will be taking a look at Power Points, and learn all about them. Throughout the article, we will be referring to power points as points, for ease of dialog.
General Information On Power Points
These points are the currency for the effectiveness of a brawler. When you have a brawler with a certain amount of points and have enough coins, you will be able to level up their effectiveness. Leveling up the power of a brawler will have many benefits on the brawler.

One example, Nita, the Bear girl is a strong character when at Power 1. If we were to get 20 power points for her, and have 20 coins, you can level their power level. When Nita goes reaches Power 2, her stats change.
In such a scenario, raising the power level will allow you to progress and fight others with ease. Granted, when you start, it will be a bit difficult to get points for your brawlers.

How To Get Power Points?
As mentioned before, getting these points when you are starting will be difficult, but once you have reached a good rank, you can buy and get these points with ease. There are four ways to get points in the game in the present.
Brawl Boxes

Boxes are the easiest way to get points. The majority of the time, brawl boxes will contain points no matter what. If you are looking into learning more about Brawl Boxes, click here, and check out our guide on brawl boxes.
The Trophy Road

Getting trophies, and progressing through the trophy road is another way that you can get these points. As you get more trophies, you get more points.
Brawl Pass

Another easy way to get these points is by competing in battles and getting star points, which will reward you. Sometimes, these rewards might include points too. As you complete the Brawl Pass, you will get a Big Brawl Box for each 500 star points.
Buying Power Points From The Shop

Directly buying points from the Shop is the best and most convenient way of getting points. For each point, it will set you back by 2 coins, meaning that if there is an offer for 14 points for Nita, it will cost you 28 coins to buy that.
Other than the daily offers, which reset after every 24 hours. You can buy points using gems, which are more expensive, and not that great of a deal.
Upgrading Brawlers Using Power Points
Power Level | Power Points Needed | Coins Needed |
2 | 20 | 20 |
3 | 30 | 35 |
4 | 50 | 75 |
5 | 80 | 140 |
6 | 130 | 290 |
7 | 210 | 480 |
8 | 340 | 800 |
9 | 550 | 1250 |
You will be able to upgrade your brawler using points and coins until rank 9. To reach power level 10, you will have to get the star power for your brawler. Each time that you upgrade a brawler, the health and damage go up by 5%.
When you are at level 9 but have no star power yet, the points that you get will be converted to coins, at a rate of 2 Coins for each point. Similarly, you can also get gadgets for your brawler starting from level 7.
Ending Note
Power Points are an important feature of the game. They allow you to progress forward without any resistance. Granted, at the time you will have to work for the points, but it will all work out. Happy Gaming!
