Bloons TD Battles 2 – I cannot express my love for this game in words; after months of playing games, I came across something different and enjoyable to play. Yes, it’s another strategic defense game with challenging maps and puzzling battles. The skill-based gameplay and adorable and well-curated graphics are like the cherry on the cake. You get adorable-looking monkeys, strategies, real-time PVP battles, and multiplayer modes. I mean, what else do you need? If I were thrown to prison with only this game on my cell phone, I’d surely never get bored. So without wasting any more time, let’s get started with the tips and tricks of the game.
Tip #1 – Play Strategically in Bloons TD Battles 2
See, I know for most games, I ask you to go through the basics first, but the tutorials of this game will be enough for you to understand the basics. Few things that you should know:
- The maps in both modes – casual and ranked- keep changing, which means you will have to opt for different strategies on different maps. But there are a few tips that you can use during every battle :
- Make sure to check the arrows which show the path of incoming balloons and place the monkeys accordingly.
- I always recommend players to keep monkeys in such a position from where it covers maximum distance.
- Besides the position of the monkeys, you must keep tapping the balloons for more coins and overwhelm your opponent. Some balloons are resistant to specific attacks like white ones can’t be frozen, while purple ones are resistant to magical attacks and so on
- Keep a well-balanced team of monkeys with you to defend the tower.
- Make sure to keep many monkeys spread all over the areas and keep them upgraded.
- I would suggest you have them upgraded instead of buying too many monkeys
- Use the special power of a hero only when you need it
Tip #2 – Recommended Monkeys
You can experiment with other monkeys, but I will suggest you keep at least one monkey type that slows down the balloons, one type that shoots fast one long-range or military type.
Some of the monkeys that, as a beginner, you can start with are:
- Ninja Monkey
- Ice monkey
- Dartling gunner
- Supermonkey/Wizard monkey
Tip #3 – Keep Upgrading
You can upgrade the monkeys using coins during the game, but you can also upgrade your skills using XP. You will need dollars to unlock new monkeys, so save those for good ones and do not spend money carelessly. Play at least 8-9 ranked matches daily to get treasure chests and level up. You can buy heroes using money, but saving them for monkeys is much better.
Bloons TD Battles 2 is available on Google Play and App Store. The game is surely no doubt entertaining for both adults and children alike. I played this game for 3 hours straight, so you can understand how addictive this game can be.
