Just a week before, Electronic Arts surprised everyone by announcing a mobile version of Battlefield. However, not many details about the game have been revealed yet. All that has been said is that it will be a standalone game built from the ground exclusively for mobile platforms and will release in 2022. However, today, EA officials have confirmed that Battlefield Mobile is scheduled to soft-launch at the end of this summer.

Today during the GamesBeat Summit 2021, the chief studios officer of Electronic Arts, Laura Miele, talked a bit about Battlefield Mobile. She said that the game has been in development for multiple years now, and EA is super excited to bring the Battlefield franchise to the mobile platform and so and so. But keeping everything else aside, the highlight for mobile gamers was when she gave a date for the soft launch of the Battlefield Mobile Game.
We’re excited about Battlefield mobile. Industrial Toys out of Pasadena has been creating it and working on it for years, and we’re just super excited to bring it to soft launch at the end of the Summer.

If we interpret this, it becomes pretty clear that EA is aiming to soft-launch Battlefield Mobile around September 2021. Please note, this just an indicative date the game might soft-launch a month early or after.
