Last year Qookka games released a 5v5 Close Quarter Battle FPS shooting game titled ‘Area F2‘. Since it was basically a mobile version of Rainbow Six Siege, all the gamers fell instantly in love with it. However, Ubisoft sued the developers for violating the IP rights, and the game was shut down just after four weeks of its release.
The fans of the game were always optimistic that Area F2 would be re-released someday. And it has turned out to be true – Yes! Area F2 is coming back, and details of the game’s upcoming beta have already been revealed.
Area F2 is coming back!
A popular gaming Youtuber ‘ImOw‘ has been able to get his hands on the new APK file of Area F2. The game’s new APK shows a new intro for Qookka Games and Vagary, availability of test server, and an updated FAQ section. The fact that the game has received a new updated version, new intro, and other changes make it quite clear that Qookka games is developing Area F2 to release it soon.
Area F2 upcoming beta revealed
If you still doubt that Area F2 is coming back or not, just read a little more and know for yourself. As we mentioned before, the Help (F.A.Q) section of the game has been updated in the new APK of Area F2. If you go to this section, you will find many details about the comeback of the game. One such detail that caught our attention was a scheduled beta test of the game.
If you look for the private beta details in the Help section of the game, you will find that the developers have mentioned that the game’s closed beta is scheduled to begin from 2 April at 1:00 PM (BRT). However, this beta will be limited to Brazil; it is still unsure whether players from other countries will be able to access the beta using a VPN or not.
Area F2 comeback global release date
The developers have not announced a global release date for the game yet. But now that it is confirmed that Area F2 is coming back, we will try to give you an idea of when it might release globally. So last time, the game was released a month after it entered into the beta phase. So considering this, you can expect Area F2 to release globally in May 2021. However, do keep in mind that this is just a prediction.
